Welcome to The Wildlife Society

at Washington State University!

Why get involved with The Wildlife Society?

Students:

The Wildlife Society student chapter at WSU is a great way to connect with people wild about wildlife-folks just like you! Whether you are seeking to build connections with Wildlife Professionals, meet new friends, learn about your favorite animals, or just want to get outside and have some fun, you can find it all here! As a student chapter of the national Wildlife Society, we travel to professional conferences to learn about current research. We host knowledgeable guest speakers at our meetings and socialize. Our field trips to wildlife areas, research centers, and wildlife rescue facilities give you the chance to see local wildlife up close. We learn about techniques and methods that will help you gain a competitive edge after graduation. Our volunteer work puts you in a position to help habitats and wildlife! Most of all, we have fun!

The Wildlife Society can't wait to plan our events for 2013-2014. Our regular meetings are another great way for you to get involved with the club. Look for them on the calendar or email us at wsuwildlife@hotmail.com to get on our current email list.
