Residence Hall Association

The Residence Hall Association has three standing committees, which allow council-members and executives to break into focused groups when making certain decisions. The committees are:

Programming Committee

The Programming Committee plans and puts on campus-wide events. Anything from swing dances to Rocky Horror Picture Show, Magic the Gathering Tournaments, dances, and even Spring Hall Week - you can make it happen! The Programming Committee is essential to RHA's communication and presence on campus. This group is led by the Vice President of Programming.

Finance Committee

The Finance Committee manages RHA's budget. Whenever groups ask for money, they must present to the Finance Committee first and answer clarifying questions pertaining to their request. This committee will then make a recommendation to council of how much funding they support for this organization. This group is led by the Vice President of Administration and Finance.

Committee of Business, Outreach & Campus Affairs (COBRA)

COBRA advocates for the residents about issues they care about. For instance, to help find solutions to long-term facility problems in the halls or bringing in an open forum with Dining Services. Issues can include whatever you and the residents want to address. COBRA is led by the Vice President of Communications.
