CougSync is the new student organizations management system at WSU. The new system is equipped with lots of tools, including a dynamic calendar, enhanced communication, e-portfolio, as well as direct user interface with Facebook.  Click on the training video below for a peek at the system and how it can help your student organization succeed.  

The Office of Student Involvement is here to help students get involved with student organizations, please do not hesitate to contact us for any organizational support, including organization registration, event planning, event registration, and funding opportunities, just to name a few.

EVENT REGISTRATION CHANGE: NEWLY LINKED TO CALENDAR REQUESTS

CougSync has recently undergone an upgrade with the calendaring system which now allows event registration within a calendar request. All events happening on campus will need to be submitted on your organization’s calendar, as the form "Event Registration" is disabled.  Please remember to go to scheduling.wsu.edu first to reserve your space before registering the event.

CHANGES TO TEMPORARY FOOD SERVICE PERMIT ACCEPTANCE

Effective January 1, 2012, per State regulations, all applications for Temporary Food Service Permits must be submitted at least 14 days in advance, no exceptions.

ADDITIONAL COUGSYNC TRAINING

If your organization needs more members to complete CougSync training here are the new steps: 
1. Watch the video at the following link: http://vimeo.com/30799689
2. Email sild.soadvisor@wsu.edu for a question about the content in the video. 
3. Answer the question correctly and that member will be added to the list for your organization.  
 
Remember you need to have 4 members complete training.   If you a question about your organizations status on completing the training, please contact Student Organization Services.
